Life is good

Good morning all! I really didn't mean to set a pessimistic tone with the first entry on my shiny new blog, so today I will be happy. Life is good. Work is awful, but it could be worse. I could be working for $1.60 a day picking coffee beans under the relentless equatorial sun. I could be standing on a street corner all day holding a 5 buck pizza sign and wearing a humiliating costume of some sort. I could be a crash test dummy. See, my life is good. And that makes me happy. :)

So...this is a blog. Neat!

I am feeling so technologically advanced at this moment. My sisters have their own bloggies and so I wanted one, too. No promises of grandeur, wisdom, or good grammar, but I'm gonna try.

Good, keep their expectations low. We all know the best way to enjoy life is to tell ourselves something is going to be awful, and then to enjoy the thrill of being pleasantly surprised when it turns out better than what we expected.
